The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is designed to provide insight into business functions and their interconnection, while allowing for specialization. The BBA provides a conceptual understanding of the business world, examines business components, and addresses the application of concepts related to these components.
Wayland's BBA can be obtained completely online, or combined with coursework at one of WBU's campus sites.
The areas of specialization for the BBA are; Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Economics/Finance, Management Information Systems, and Marketing/Management. Students may also complete the BBA degree with elective courses that complement or extend career preparation or pursue subject fields which hold special appeal. |

The Bachelor of Christian Ministry Degree (BCM) is a minimum 124-semester hour degree designed to afford both academic and professional depth for individuals who possess recognized competence in a ministry . The degree integrates university degree requirements with appropriate experience. A minimum of 36 semester hours must be in upper-level credit (courses numbered 3000 and above).

Our M.A. in Humanities is a flexible, interdisciplinary graduate degree program. You take 18 credits in one discipline, divide 18 hours between the other two, and finish up with a 1 credit comprehensive exam. How convenient is that? Earning your M.A. in Humanities prepares you to advance in many careers. Move up into a leadership role in public relations, publishing, editing, or social media. Become an administrator in government, military or nonprofits organizations, or in museums, galleries or exhibition halls. In the academic world, this degree prepares you to teach in two collegiate disciplines or to pursue a humanities or interdisciplinary doctorate. |

The 37-hour Master of Arts in English program is designed to prepare students for teaching, further graduate work, creative writing, or related writing and research fields. Two options or tracks are available, each requiring a total of 37 graduate hours: The thesis-option track requires 6 hours of thesis and an oral defense, while the non-thesis track requires 6 additional hours of coursework. Both the thesis and the non-thesis track require a written comprehensive exam. |

The Human Resource Management specialization is a cohort-based program that allows for graduation after six terms (18 months) of class work. Health care Administration and organization Management specializations are non-cohort based and sufficient courses are offered through WBUonline to complete either specialization in a totally on-line learning environment. Totally online students in this program will be affiliated with and advised by Dr. Barry Evans, Dean of the School of Business and faculty at the Plainview campus. |

The MCM offers open enrollment to online students who are just starting the program or who have already completed some courses in traditional class settings. The rotation of courses is set up to make available at least three courses each term which can be applied to the program. |

The Doctor of Management is as 60-hour professional degree program designed to prepare graduates to apply research techniques and theories to create the most effective environment and practices for global business enterprises in the commercial, nonprofit, governmental, military or higher education sectors. As practitioners, consultants or faculty members, graduates will apply critical evaluation of the quality and applicability of published business research coupled with research operations and systems analysis to develop innovative approaches to issues in the areas of management, organizational behavior and human resource management. |

The superintendent certificate is offered completely online through the School of Education and offers five specialized classes including the superintendent practicum. The five course offerings include School Plant and Facilities; Leadership and the Change Process; School Improvement and Educational Reform; Politics, Governance and Finance of Education; and the Superintendent Practicum. This certificate is designed for practicing administrators. This program can be completed in 12 months. |
