Wayland's Virtual Campus follows an 11 week term calendar similar to the External Campus calendar. In addition, the Virtual Campus follows the Plainview Campus' office schedule.

  First of three tuition and fees payments due for winter 11-week term
Nov. 21-27 Thanksgiving Break for Virtual Campus**
Nov. 24-25 Thanksgiving Holiday - Offices Closed
Dec. 6 Last day to drop or withdraw without record/Census Date
Dec. 9 Deadline for making Application for Graduation for February posting date
Dec. 14 Second of three tuition and fees payments due for winter 11-week term
Dec. 19 - Jan. 2 Christmas Holiday - Offices Closed**
Jan. 3 Classes resume - Offices Open
Jan. 14 Third of three tuition and fees payments due for winter 11-week term
Jan. 16 Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - Offices closed**
Jan. 27 Last day to officially drop or withdraw with “W”
Feb. 3 Last day to officially drop or withdraw with “WP/WF”
Feb. 18 Winter term ends
  Last day to change incomplete grades from previous semester
